Data processed
Account e-mail address and language; project information (specification, messages, files and voice notes you send); WhatsApp number or Telegram account if you link them; payment data processed by Stripe (we never see your card number); technical security logs; if you arrive through one of our Google ads and agree, the identifier of that click.
Purposes and legal bases
Building, delivering and hosting your site and communicating with you about it (performance of the contract); invoicing and keeping accounting records (legal obligation); preventing fraud and abuse (legitimate interest); measuring how well our Google ads perform (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Retention
Project data is kept for the duration of the contract, then deleted or anonymised. Accounting records are kept for ten years. Deleting your account, possible at any time from the client area, erases your personal data, subject to these obligations. The identifier of an ad click is erased no later than 120 days after the click.
Recipients and processors
Stripe (payment), Resend (e-mail), Vercel and Railway (hosting), GitHub (source code), Google (design of home page mockups from the specification and, if you agree, measurement of our ads: click identifier, date and amount of the sign-up or order), Meta/WhatsApp and Telegram (messaging, if you use them), a provider for automated processing of text, images and voice, and file storage. Some are located outside the European Union; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Cookies
The platform uses a session cookie, needed to sign in, as well as language and currency cookies. If you arrive through one of our Google ads, we ask for your consent before keeping the identifier of that click in a cookie for 90 days; your choice itself is kept for six months. No other advertising or analytics cookies, and no Google script is loaded on the site. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Font samples on the choice cards are loaded from Google Fonts, which then receives your IP address.
Your rights
You may access, correct, erase or port your data, or object to processing, by writing to contact@webpro200.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
